Don’t Disregard the Dizzy Chicken – Day 7

Barbequed Chicken Pizza (Printable Recipe)

·         1 loaf frozen white bread defrosted and allowed to rise (take out in the morning for pizza in the evening)These usually come in packages of 5 for about $3.00
·         ½ 12 ounce jar chunky marinara pizza sauce $1.00
·         ½ 12 ounce bottle barbeque sauce $1.00
·         2 cups of leftover rotisserie chicken
·         ¼ onion sliced thin
·         ¼ cup fresh cilantro
·         2 cups mozzarella cheese $2.00

Cover cookie sheet with oil and press out bread on to the corners and up the edges. Mix marinara, barbeque sauce and chicken together and then spread on the pizza (add more sauce if you like it drippy).  Sprinkle on the cheese and top with the onion and cilantro.  Bake at 350OF until the bottom is crunchy and the dough is cooked through.  Approximately 20 minutes.

Total Cost = $4.00
